For over a decade I've sat on both sides of the table - building products inside scaling fintechs and advising the founders, operators, and investors backing them. I've led payments and lending strategy through licensing, fundraising, and acquisition. 

Today I work with a small number of clients per year - usually founders, CPOs, or boards facing a decision that is too consequential to outsource to a Big Four pitch deck.
